Rates

We offer the lowest rates for elegant service; hence our rates are very competitive. To qualify for these rates, all guests checking in for a room must be at least 18 years of age and must provide a valid state issued photo identification.

We have designed a special preferred corporate rate program for small to large sized companies interested in doing business with us. Please contact us at [email protected] for further details.

Occupancy in room is limited and is as follows

  • One or two people may occupy a room with one Bed.

  • Children under the age of 11 years are free when occupying the same room with an adult family member.

We accept online reservations. Please call the Inn directly at 559-992-5724 for reservations at Corcoran Country Inn.

You can also download the reservation form and fax it at 559-992-8149 or email to [email protected].

After we receive your reservation form request, we will call you back at the number you provided regarding availability of rooms, your credit card payment detail, and we will provide a confirmation number for a valid reservation per request.

We have a NO REFUND policy. We hold guaranteed reservations with a valid credit card that must match with the government-issued photo ID . We do not accept credit cards from other individuals not on the reservation or third parties.

Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges

  • Check-in is after 1:00 PM.
  • Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
  • Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy.
  • There is no refund for early departure.
  • There is no refund for early departure.
  • There is a $100 refundable deposit for incidentals which will be returned upon check-out. However, the $100 deposit will be charged for any incidentals occurred during the stay, including smoking in a non-smoking room.
  • Regrettably, we do not allow pets (only ADA Service Animals Allowed ).
  • No refund policy.

We have an ADA Accessible Guest Room. Please call ahead to verify availability.

We do not have elevators on the property.
